Introduction
Standard welding positioner is able to meet the requirements of all kinds of work-pieces. It is made up of worktable rotation mechanism, overturning mechanism and electronic control system. The work-piece can be welded or assembled through the overturning and rotating of the worktable. For the sake of eccentric moment and distance of centre of gravity, large model of weld positioner should be chosen. Features
1. Standard welding positioner enjoys features of high rotation precision, low noise, excellent brake performance and stability.
2. This benchtop weld positioner adopts frequency conversion stepless speed control to regulate the worktable, so that it can rotate in a stable way.
3. The rated carrying capacity can reach 40,000 kg (YHB-400).
4. Standard welding positioner uses worm reduction transmission for worktable rotation. It can rotate at constant speed within the angle range of 120° and the rotating torque is large.
5. There are various rotation methods for you to choose, including the tipping type, end-to-end rotation type, end-to-end elevation rotation type, end-to-end tilting type, double rotation type, etc.
